4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

4.5 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new annual subscriptions. After 30 days, or for monthly subscriptions, refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@goflow.fit to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions.

12.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or other urgent matters.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You may export your data within 30 days
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
